Our DHL Driver collects our orders on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be dispatched incase your order is outside of this time frame. We will pack and dispatch your order as soon as we can.

DHL integrates with our website which means you will be shown a price for freight based off your delivery address when you go to checkout at Candy Co. Freight is based off the total weight for your order. The heavier the order the more freight will be. To get a full price please head to the checkout with your cart and enter the delivery address.

For all neigbouring countries to NEw Zealand delivery is approx 2-3 business days. For longer hauls please allow 6-10 days for delivery.

With international orders you can essentially order anything you like. We have no restrictions on what can and "Cant" be sent. Please be aware that some product does not travel well. Chocolate items are prone to melting in hotter climates and product that is fragile could get damaged in transit. Although you can order these all at your own risk and our staff will take as much care as possible when packing your order there is still risks of damage such as head damage or product breakage when delivering over seas.

All international orders are sent at the customers discretion. We will not cover loss for the likes of "Change of mind", "Heat Damage", "Loss of Goods" or any other errors in transit.
