Payment Methods Available
At Candy Co We offer a variety of payment methods available for you to pay for your Candy Online while you checkout on our website. This includes Pay Later Options, Credit/Debit card and faster transactional payments such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Frequently Asked Payment Questions
You will be charged in your Native Currency. Even though we freight our orders across the globe, the currency used in your country will be used for processing your order. EG: New Zealand Orders are charged in NZD, American Orders are charged in USD.
Depending on the payment method used will determine how long the refund will take to process. All pay later options can take upto 24 hours however most are processed instantlyly. All major credit card refunds can take anywhere from 3-5 Business days to process a refund. You will recieve a notification email once your refund has been processed on our end. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for your purchase.
Sometimes double transactions can happen when using a credit/debit card. This is something Candy Co does not have control over as all transactions are processed through the Shopify Payment Portal.
The second transaction is basically a safety hold on the card that the card issuer uses to make sure your card works before placing a proper transaction on that payment method.
Once the payment has been made and secured the temporary hold will be released and only one set of funds will be taken from the payment method.
This can sometimes show for a day or two but please do not panic, we will never charge you twice for an order, once the system sorts its self out the hold will be released.
IIf this happens in a weekend please wait until a business day has arrived before checking again to make sure the hold has been released.

We do have Poli Pay Internet Banking available on our website or a direct credit can be made to our business account.
We will not process your order until payment is confirmed. Alternatively you can phone us on 07 214 8080 to place an order over the phone.
