Although time frames are just an estimate, our standard turnaround for Unbranded Promotional Lollies is roughly 48 hours. For branded Promotional Sweets we ask for roughly 3-5 business days just to be safe depending our your order size and print shapes.
Although these time frames are just a rough estimate, please take note these times can be shorter or longer depending on our current work schedule. If you would like an exact time frame please email or call us on 07 214 8080. All our promo bags are packed to order so you will receive the freshest of stock.

We sure do. Please speak to one of our staff about opening an account with Candy Co and we will send through our account application form. Your first order is required to be paid in full however all following orders will be due 20th month.

Yes, Candy Co print a nutritional Label on each bag of candy with the Best Before Date, Ingredients and allergen information. These can be found on the backs of each bag.

Unfortunatly our packing machine does not have the capability to print directly onto the bags. This would also require larger MOQ's and a much larger cost for customers. Our prints are all FULL colour prints in various sizing to match your logo Shape and Size. These are coloured Labels that we place onto the bags once they have been bagged up.

The Price of our promotional Labels includes us sticking them onto your bags you purchase. If you wish to purchase the bags and label them yourself with your own prints you may have on hand please feel free to purchase unbranded bags.

We use Food Grade Polyethelene or in some cases, Metallic Silver Food Grade Polyethelene.

We can pack almost anything in our bags. Please reach out and we can quote the flavoured sweet you would like. We have over 350 Options available on our website to choose from!

We can pack bags in any size needed all the way upto 2kgs. If you require a specific size eg: 40 grams, please email us for a quote as we can pack any required size needed for your promotional lolly bags.
How should i store my promotional lollies?
How should i store my promotional lollies?
We recommend you store your sweets in a cool location stored best below 21 degrees. Please keep your bags out of direct sunlight and do not disturb the packaging to much. Some product that has Glazing agent in the manufacturing process can show on the bags if disturbed to frequently in the box.
