Ordering With Candy Co Limited

When you have placed an order with us we will send you an order confirmation email confirming your order details. If you do not receive an order completion email within 5 minutes of placing your order please check your Spam folder incase it has ended up in the wrong place. If this did happen please add info@candyco.co.nz to your trusted email list to prevent this further happening.

Website Pricing

Candy Co Limited sell our products in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) only. Although you can purchase with another currency via a credit card at checkout, all prices online are showing in New Zealand Dollars and Include GST. A GST receipt can be email to you on request.

Where in New Zealand do you deliver?

We deliver our orders anywhere in New Zealand Urban Or Rural, North Island And South. However please view our expected delivery times FAQ as we use Courier Post to deliver our orders.

Do you deliver to rural addresses?

Yes we deliver to rural addresses. However delivery cost is a little more than Urban delivery and may take an extra day to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?

Depending on your Location around New Zealand shipping prices vary.

Do you ship to other countries?

We ship to New Zealand Residents and to Australian Residents only. We can deliver your order anywhere in New Zealand or Australia.

How much does it cost to send to Australia?

We are currently working hard to find a new Air freight that can supply us with the same great service but at a more affordable rate. Unfortunately due to demand and the Covid 19 impact on the freighting system around the globe, courier times are delayed world wide. Our standard wait time for Australian freight is 2-3 weeks but please do not be alarmed if your sweets don't arrive within this time. Feel free to email us at any time on info@candyco.co.nz and one of our staff will be more than happy to assist you.

Is international Payment Accepted?

Yes we do accept international payment, however we can only deliver to a New Zealand or Australian Address.

How long will my order take?

Please Allow up to 24 hours for processing your order before it is sent out. We strive to achieve this earlier (usually same day during week days if ordered before 12pm lunchtime) however this does depend on the amount of orders we have to fulfill and the time of the day you place your order. If your place an order on the weekend your order will be sent out on Monday morning. If your have any concerns please contact our Support Team, we can do special orders for our customers.

How long is the delivery time?

General Rule of Thumb is Non rural areas can take 1-2 days North Island and 2-3 Days for South Island once picked up by the courier. Please allow an extra working day on the days above for rural delivery. We use Courier Post for a majority of our orders.

We do send all our orders on an overnight courier however due to the fact the courier company being a third party delivery service, once your order is picked up we do not have control over a specific time your order will be delivered.

Please also note, times vary depending on the time of the year. If your order is urgent please contact our support staff and we will try our best to have your order delivered on a specific date.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes of course. All our online orders are Tracked. Once the Courier has been booked and picked up your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number attached and should further receive our implemented tracking updates via your email you purchased your order with with updates on the status of your purchase. 

Do you accept pay it later options?

Yes. We currently accept Afterpay, Laybuy, Genoa Pay & Humm as our pay it later option. This can be linked to your Afterpay, Genoapay, Laybuy or Humm account upon purchasing your order at checkout.

Can I change my order once I've paid for it?

 You can, however extra charges may apply for additional costs on top of your order. We can manually change this for you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to change any part of your order.

How are my lollies packed?

We individually packet each lolly you purchase in 4 different sized bags depending on your order. 100 grams, 250 grams, 500 grams and 1kg zip locked and heat sealed airtight packaging. These are then delivered in a courier bag/box to your address. Larger orders may come in a box.

Can I purchase more than one flavored lolly?

Purchase as many lollies as you like. Treat yourself, you deserve it!

Is it cheaper to buy bigger bags of lollies?

Unlike some stores, we believe the more you buy the cheaper they become. That's why most of our bigger bags of sweets are cheaper than buying individual 100g bag of lollies.

Can I purchase more than 1kg of lollies?

Yes you can. If you wish to purchase any more than 2 kg Wholesale please email us for a bulk buy order form and a bulk buy discount. For bulk or wholesale orders please contact us for pricing as pricing will vary from our online store prices. This is strictly to businesses only.

Do you sell wholesale?

If you wish to purchase our product to further on sell please contact us on info@candyco.co.nz for a bulk buy pricing sheet. You will be required to fill out a Customer Wholesale Registration form before opening an account with us.

The nutritional information of each lolly can be found on our website under the lolly product information page in the description.

Do you do business or corporate lolly gifts?

Yes we do corporate lollies and promotional business lolly packs or packets. We also offer the option for custom business branding on your business lollies, for further prices on business branding please contact us on info@candyco.co.nz
