Orders are charged in your local currency, regardless of where your items are shipped. For example, New Zealand orders are billed in NZD, and US orders are billed in USD.

Refund processing times depend on the payment method used:
- Pay-later options: Most refunds are processed instantly, though some may take up to 24 hours.
- Major credit cards: Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
You will receive a notification email once your refund has been processed on our end. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Please note that a 5% transaction fee applies to all cancellations.

Occasionally, a double transaction may appear when using a credit or debit card. This is not something Candy Co controls, as all payments are processed through the Shopify Payment Portal.
The second transaction is usually a temporary authorization hold used by your card issuer to verify that your card is valid before completing the final payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the temporary hold will be released, and only one payment will be taken from your account.
This hold may appear for a day or two, so please do not panic. If the hold occurs over a weekend, wait until the next business day before checking your account again to ensure it has been released. Rest assured, you will never be charged twice for a single order.

Yes! You can pay via POLi Pay Internet Banking directly on our website, or by making a direct credit to our business account. Please note that we will not process your order until payment is confirmed.
