How Long Will My Order Take To Dispatch?

Our DHL driver collects orders Monday to Friday. Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be dispatched while we prepare and pack it. Please note that we do not pack or dispatch orders on weekends.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Our website is integrated with DHL, so shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address at checkout. Freight charges are determined by the total weight of your order—heavier orders will incur higher shipping fees. How Long Does Delivery Take?

Shipping to countries near New Zealand usually takes 2–3 business days. For more distant locations, please allow 6–10 business days for your order to arrive.

Do you cover Duties & Taxes?

No. Duties and taxes are not included in your order. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your local customs authority when the parcel enters your country.
