Ordering With Candy Co Limited
When you have placed an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation email confirming your order details.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes of placing your order, please check your Spam folder incase this has ended up in the wrong place.
If this did happen please add info@candyco.co.nz to your trusted email list to prevent this from happening in the future.

Website Pricing
Candy Co Limited sell our products in New Zealand Dollar (NZD). Although you can purchase with another currency via a credit card or through an alternative currency for international orders, Candy Co Limited's base currency is New Zealand Dollars. All prices online are based off New Zealand Dollars and Include GST for Domestic orders. All international orders are exclusive of GST for exports.
A GST receipt can be emailed to you on request. All international Orders exclude GST or International Tax.
New Zealand and International Lolly Delivery
We package all our orders in our Warehouse in Morrinsville. Although we do not have a physical walk in store, we do have Click And Collect Available for Customers.
All New Zealand orders have a flat rate shipping fee for your designated area.
International Orders are a weight based delivery cost and is calculated automatically at the checkout.
We only pack orders on weekdays, between 8am - 5pm:
We are closed on public holidays, special stat days or shut down periods. These will be notified on our website via a banner for all closed days and despatch delays.

Click and Collect is available between 9am-4pm, Monday - Friday at our Warehouse in Morrinsville.

Shipping and Freight Questions
We deliver our orders anywhere in New Zealand Urban Or Rural, North Island And South.
Yes we deliver to rural addresses. However this does incure a delivery surcharge for Rural Zoned Areas and may take upto an extra day to arrive.
Depending on your Location around New Zealand shipping prices vary.
Urban Addresses: $7.95
Rural Addresses: $11.95
Waiheke Island: $11.95
Great Barrier Island: $17.99
Chatham Island: $24.99
Please note: If the incorrect shipping is selected at checkout we will place your order on hold and an extra surcharge will be sent out via email.
Alternatively, a new delivery address can be requested to eliminate the charge or minimise the extra charge.
International delivery freight charge will be automatically calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery country. This is calculated through DHL's integration with our website.
We Send all our Domestic Freight with New Zealand Post.

New Zealand Post Tracking
All international freight is sent via DHL. For more information regarding DHL and Candy Co's International Freight Services, please read our International Freight Page
We have the capability to ship your confectionary right across the globe. 🌎
International Freight varies depending on your location and country. International Freight is based off a weight system which means your freight is calculated off the total weight of your order. We have all the weights setup in our backend which means youll be given an accurate shipping cost at the Checkout page for your given location. All International Freight is sent via DHL's Network.
Please Allow up to 24 hours for processing your order before it is sent out. We strive to achieve this earlier (usually same day during week days if we are on track) however this does depend on the amount of orders we have to fulfill and the time of the day you place your order. If your place an order on the weekend your order will be sent out on a business day.
General Rule of Thumb is Non rural areas can take 1-2 days North Island and 2-3 Days for South Island once picked up by the courier. Please allow an extra working day on the days above for rural delivery. We use New Zealand Post for all our day to day orders. As the courier company is a third party delivery service for us, once your order is picked up we do not have control over a specific time your order will be delivered. Please note, time frames may vary depending on the time of the year. If your order is urgent please contact our staff and we will try our best to have your order delivered on a specific date.
Yes of course. All our online orders are Tracked. Once the Courier has been booked and collected your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number attached and should further receive our implemented tracking updates via your email you purchased your order with containing updates on the status of your purchase.
Yes of course. You can select the "Pick Up" option at the checkout to collect from our Warehouse in Morrinsville.

Please make sure you have your order confirmation & or ID before collecting. Please wait for your "Order is Ready to Collect" email before turning up for collection. This could take upto 24 hours to have ready for our customers.
Payments and Billing Questions
Yes we do accept international payment. This may include MAstercard, Visa or American Express.
Yes. We currently accept Afterpay & Zip as our pay it later option. This can be linked to your Afterpay, Zip or Laybuy account upon purchasing your order at checkout.
You can, however extra charges may apply for additional costs on top of your order. We can manually change this for you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to change any part of your order or add anything extra.
If your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier a new order must be made.
We accept all credit and debit cards for online purchases via a Visa, Mastercard and or American Express. We also accept 2 types of pay later options, Afterpay & Zip.
We also offer a bank transfer option called Poli Pay for bank transfers through NEw Zealand Bank Accounts. If you wish to pay via direct bank transfer your order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared.
If you have Google Or Apple Pay set up we also allow these to options of payment methods.
Shop Pay can also be used to purchase on our website. Shop pay is Shopifys integrated payment portal for faster checking out.
Yes.
Candy Co Limited is a GST Registered company and can provide GST Reciepts to all whom require them.
Please send us an email with your order number to info@candyco.co.nz so we can get a GST reciept emailed through to you.
Our website and Accounting software sync with one another so there may be a few hours delay in between recieving an invoice right after you have purchased online.

We individually pack each lolly you purchase in various sized bags depending on your order. 100 grams, 250 grams, 500 grams, 1kg and 2kg zip locked and heat sealed airtight packaging. These are then delivered in a courier bag/box to your address. Larger orders may come in a box.
If you wish for your lollies to all be mixed together please email us right after you place an order. Each product is individually packed in its own bag.
Purchase as many lollies as you like. Treat yourself, you deserve it!
Unlike most stores, we believe the more you buy the cheaper things should be. That's why most of our bigger bags of sweets are cheaper than buying individual 100g bag of lollies.
Yes you can. Most products we hold 20-50kg plus of each on hand. Some slower moving products or bulkier products we do hold less of so please inquire if you would like a larger amount of a specific product to make sure we have the right quantity on hand. If we do not, more can generally be ordered in.
The nutritional information for each product can be found on the product page for all loose lollies that we sell. For all pre packaged products these are pre printed on the bags. Each individual Pick and Mix Lolly will also have Candy Co's NIP on the fronts of the bags when you recieve your order.

As part of Candy Co Limited'd National Programme, we apply a 90 day Best before date on all our repackaged Confectionary. Although the manufactures dates may be much longer, once we repackage your order this is Candy Co Limited's onsite Best Before Date and batch keeping to give 90s days of freshness of your product. As part of our food plan, we believe this is a reasonable time frame to consume your product once opened and still be fresh.
To clear the air, there are also two types of dates.
Use By Dates
And Best Before Dates
As per the Consumer guidelines:
"Use-by dates are required for health and safety reasons to reduce the risk of people getting sick from food that’s gone bad. You’ll find use-by dates on perishable foods such as meat, poultry and deli products."
"Best-before dates are used to provide information about food quality not food safety. Most foods will have these dates. Food can be sold and eaten after its best-before date as long as it’s been stored properly. However, it may have lost some nutritional value and might not taste the best."
As for confectionary. Confectionary is classed as a Stable Product as per the Food Standard Guidelines of New Zealands.
All our manufacturers will put a Best Before date on the confectionary we purchase. What this means is that we can still sell product that has passed its Best Before date if the quality of the product is still within our quality control standards. These will of course be at a discounted rate and you will be compensated for the defect or short time frame on the product.
If any product is within its best before date and the quality of it is not upto our standards, we will dispose of the product and not resell it onto our customers.
When we recieve product we have best before dates of each individual product no less than 6 months.
For individually pre packaged and wrapped goods you can find the best before label on the wrapper of the product.
For all loose lollies and loose mixes, your best before date is 90 days after the purchase of your sweets and can be found on the Nutrtional Information Panel at the front of your lolly bag.
Although the best before dates may still be a significant amount of time after your purchase date, Candy Co give the products a shorter time frame of 90 Days from the packing date of your order to ensure freshness of your product after we have opened the manufactures packaging.
If we recieve products with short dates on them or coming to date products we remove these from our fresh stock and these will be found in our Sale section on our website at a discounted rate, contaning their Dated Date.
Although we may source these products and sell them, all our products are packaged in the same packing room which means small amounts of cross contamination may occur in negligible amounts and allergens can be present.
We do not have an individual Sterile room for each individual allergen, this means we will never list products as allergen free.
We will also not list these benifits on our website as part of our food plan we do not meet the food safety requirements to be listed as specific Allergen Free packaging.
If you have any of the following alergens, please DO NOT Purchase from our store for your safety.
Allergens listed but may not be limited to Gluten Free, Celiacs, Nut Free, Soy Free, Wheat Free, Sulphite Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal.
If you wish to purchase our product to further on sell in your shop, please complete our account application form on our Wholesale Store. You will be required to fill out a Customer Wholesale Registration andAccount Application Form before opening an account with us andhaving access to our online Wholesale Portal. We will not sell wholesale to any unregistered NZ Businesses and minimum requirements must be met.
Yes we do corporate lollies and promotional business lolly packs or packets. We also offer the option for custom business branding on your business lollies, for further prices on business branding please contact us on info@candyco.co.nz

When we run out of stock or of a particular item we will remove these from our online store and "Hide" them from the public eye. This is simply to clear up our collections and website of only products that are in stock and available to purchase.
We do not put any invoices in our orders other than the business Promotional Lollies.
If you would like an invoice please email us and we can manually send one through to you.
