First and foremost, Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you place an order and cancel once we have booked your courier your shipping will NOT be refunded.
All orders are generally processed within 1-2 Business Days of Ordering (Excluding Weekends, Public Holidays, or Shut Down Periods)
You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped and you will receive automated emails with your shipping updates from our server following your shipment its whole way to your door. This will keep you in the loop as to where your order is within New Zealand once it has been dispatched from our store and is onboard the Courier for Delivery to your designated address.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for knowing your Address and if your address is Rural, Urban or International.

We strive our hardest to keep prices down and in most cases, we do cover a small portion of your Shipping cost so costs are not too expensive at the checkout for our customers. There have been numerous increases within the courier industry which have caused price increases over the Covid 19 era. Our shipping cost includes the Packaging we use for your order, courier cost, and covering time spent by our staff.
We ask that the customer Pay for the correct shipping method When checking out of our store.
If the correct shipping method is NOT selected at checkout we will either:
1. Charge the customer for the Extra Shipping cost to cover Fees with the courier and then process the order once the full amount has been paid
2. Refund the full order amount and the order will not be processed or sent out to the customer
We do deliver our orders to Rural Addresses however an extra surcharge does apply to ALL rural orders. If the correct method is not selected at checkout you will be contacted regarding the extra charge of rural delivery or have your order refunded and we will not process your order.

Please refer to our Australian shipping rates below. International Shipping can be quite expensive. We work off a weight-based shipping method for all Australian orders. Weight-based pricing can be found via the below link or at the bottom of every page in our footer under AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. Candy Co LIMITED does not take responsibility for customers entering the wrong delivery address and having the order sent to the incorrect address. A refund will not be processed for customers entering the wrong address. If you notice you have incorrectly entered the wrong address please contact the freight company and redirection may be possible.
We currently internationally Ship to Australia only. International shipping can come with its own complications. We make sure all international orders are tracked and have shipping insurance on them. Please note the average wait time for international shipping can vary but is currently 14 working days from New Zealand to Australia. If you haven't received your order within 14 days and there is no update on the tracking number you have received please let us know and contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Candy Co does not take responsibility for heat-damaged goods when sent internationally. By purchasing with Candy Co LIMITED you understand that international shipping can come with its risks such as long transit times. Our staff will ensure that all international shipments are packaged to our highest standards to prevent any issues which may be caused in transit such as heat damage or damaged goods but the responsibility lies within the customer's discretion as to what goods they wish to ship and the potential risks that can occur with delivery.
If you are missing any products please contact one of our staff members. Due to high international shipping costs, a refund will be processed rather than resending our product.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. Candy Co LIMITED does not take responsibility for customers entering the wrong delivery address and a refund will not be processed.
All packages sent out from Candy Co LIMITED are checked before being sent on their way. If you receive a damaged package in the mail please contact us immediately and take photos before you open your order. If the damage is severe, please contact us and we may be able to open a claim with the freight company for any damaged goods or items.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 12 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you still have not received one please check your spam folder.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not deliver to P.O Box Addresses in New Zealand. You will be contacted for another delivery address. If the delivery address is Rural a Rural surcharge will apply. If we do not have a response within 48 hours your order will be automatically canceled.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return as all Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable. You as the customer will be responsible for paying the return cost of the goods and if you change your mind a refund will be placed once we receive the goods and have inspected the product you changed your mind on.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. As we do not control what happens on board our couriers being a third party involved in our deliveries we ask for a few days to try and resolve the issue that has been caused by your damaged goods.
